MINISTER OF MUSIC (Worship Minister)
Job Description:
Southtown Baptist Church seeks a part time Minister of Music (Worship Minister) who will help our church to cultivate intimacy with Jesus through music and creative arts. The Worship Minister shall lead and enhance Christian worship through the use of music. He/she shall provide testimony of a Christian salvation and call to ministry, possess sound biblical doctrine and Christian maturity. Our Worship Minister will be committed to the mission, value and vision of Southtown Church and in agreement with the statement of faith expressed on our website: https://www.southtownbaptist.com/our-beliefs.html He/she shall lead and plan a multi-cultural variety of music, creativity, and musicianship. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Southtown Baptist Church is a multi-ethnic, multi-generational disciple making church in Bloomington, MN whose mission is “To honor God by joining Him in creating His multi-ethnic group of believers who will help people say "Yes" to Jesus' love, "Yes" to Jesus' truth and "Yes" to Jesus' mission.”
